We welcome parents, alumni and leaders in the community as volunteers at The Learning Tree. If you are interested in volunteering, please e-mail the parent council at parentcouncil@learningtreeprep.org.

Parent Council
“Parents and teachers, school and home, must join their influences if the best results are to be achieved in the education of children.” – Felix Adler
The Parent Council consists of parents interested in assisting in the activities of the school and school community. The responsibilities of the Council include acting as a liaison between parents and school administration; encouraging active parent participation in school activities; coordinating volunteers and committees; and giving support, assistance, and appreciation to teachers.
The membership of The Learning Tree’s Parent Council includes all parents who have paid their Council fees. Fund-raising activities take place throughout the year, and the money is used to fund various projects for the
school.
The Council is lead by an Executive Board.
We encourage all parents to be involved and can offer a range of volunteer opportunities for everyone!
